Harmonic Engineering Solutions FL provides engineering support to government agencies and private entities who seek to improve public, residential and commercial infrastructure. Our business is managed by CEO, Marice Leo, who has over 20 years of experience working with local, county and state trustees across the nation. Ms. Leo, and the firm, are focused on development in states that make up the Gulf Coast Region working in conjunction with local law firms, construction companies and insurance professionals.
Our company employs a team of Professional Engineers and Field Experts who deliver services that are either forensically focused or design driven. US Army Veteran and Senior Structural Engineer, David Baker P.E., manages our specialized team of experts and is the Engineer in Responsible Charge for the delivery of all engineering services. Mr. Baker is a Florida native with extensive experience across the state and region with a focus on Catastrophe response efforts.
As a firm, it is our goal to deliver a professional client experience that is driven by proactive communication and responsiveness. We aspire to grow unencumbered by the trappings of corporate bureaucracy and with the utmost respect and appreciation for our clients, employees and community.
| Marice Leo Founder, CEO Marice Leo is a Managing Partner at Harmonic Engineering Solutions FL where she oversees business operations and client development initiatives in the state of Florida and Gulf Coast Region. Over the course of Ms. Leo’s successful professional career, she has built a nationwide network of local, county and state trustees representing Public Retirement Systems for whom her firms have provided investment management services. Marice attended Florida State University and is passionate about the betterment of secondary educational opportunities in the State of Florida. Ms. Leo is the majority owner of Harmonic Engineering Solutions FL and, as such, the proud leader of a young and flourishing Woman Owned Small Business Enterprise. |
| David Baker P.E. Chief Engineer Mr. David J. K. Baker P.E., serves as Chief Engineer for Harmonic Engineering Solutions Florida LLC.. David is a U.S. Army Veteran with Professional Engineering licenses in multiple states and a wide range of experience in industrial construction project management, geotechnical engineering and catastrophe response. Mr. Baker is a costing and critical path modeling expert who has authored hundreds of property damage reports in response to multiple weather events in the Gulf Coast Region. David is a native Floridian working out of his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida. |

Henderson CFO Bill Henderson manages the financial operations of the firm with the benefit of 30 years of experience in the financial services industry supporting the needs of both individual and institutional investors. Prior to co-founding the company, Mr Henderson managed a successful start-up engineering firm that, upon restructure, would provide the foundation for Harmonic FL. |
